A lot of FH6 players are still digging through corners of the map, and that's where the fun starts. If you're already eyeing a new FH6 Cars build, you'll probably notice the game hides just as much as it shows. Some of it is cool. Some of it is a bit messy. Either way, people keep finding stuff.Garage quirks that feel very on brandThe first thing that keeps popping up is the garage space around the Minka house in the Eto area. You can squeeze a car through a narrow gap and end up inside a weird hidden shell of the building. It's not a proper room, not really usable, but you can see the whole garage layout through broken geometry. That kind of thing always gets players poking around for another five minutes, just to see what else is off. Then there's the Yumeji house, where a dinosaur prop seems to be sitting behind the garage customization wall. Most people will never see it unless they mess with the camera. Feels like one of those old leftover assets devs forgot to strip out. Happens more than folks like to admit.
Car details that make players squintThe car side of FH6 has its own odd bits. The 1995 BMW M5 has jumped in price across the series, and now it sits way higher than many players expect. On top of that, one paint setup still gives the lower lip the wrong color. Tiny issue, sure, but once you spot it, it sticks in your head. The Evo X is another one. Its front bumper keeps changing in ways that don't quite match earlier games, and the internal grille looks less clean now. That sort of thing tells you the asset pipeline is doing a lot of heavy lifting. It's a bit like this: one model looks almost right, but not quite. That "not quite" is what people notice first.
CarIssuePlayer Reaction
BMW M5Higher price and paint mismatchFeels inflated
Evo XFront bumper visual regressionLooks unfinished
AventadorWing audio plays at odd timesSounds out of sync
Out of bounds spots people keep testingTokyo's edge zones are getting hit hard too. One clip near the top-left side opens a way into hidden residential bits. Another around the Daikoku tank area lets players drift into a small forbidden space beside NPC paths. Then there's the Tokyo Station co-op trick, where a heavy car and a Peel P50 can force a wall breach. It's the kind of exploit that spreads fast because it feels ridiculous the first time you pull it off. Most of these spots don't give rewards. That's not the point. Players just want to know where the map bends.
Small bugs, big chatterThe Evo VI Tommi Makinen Edition has a roll cage issue too. You equip it, expect the cage, and then. nothing visible shows up. The interior still looks partly altered, so the upgrade is there in some form, just not where you can see it. The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 has a similar mismatch, with wing audio firing during acceleration or decel even when the body kit says otherwise. It feels like two systems talking over each other. And honestly, that's why FH6 stays interesting. The game is packed with polished stuff, but the rough edges get talked about just as much as the clean bits.
Why the FD2 stood outThe Honda Civic Type R FD2 is the one fresh addition people are actually happy to talk about. The K20 sound lands well, the tuning options are decent, and the Double R-inspired styling gives it a nice twist without making it feel overdone. It's the sort of car that fits the game's JDM crowd straight away. If you're grinding out builds or chasing new garage goals, having enough FH6 Credits on hand makes the whole thing less of a slog.
